Writing is my passion

I have been writing for years but I never have thought of entering a writing competition - not until December 2014, when I decided to challenge myself and try writing a 3000-word essay. 

I was fortunate that I had just finished finalising the first, second and third chapter of my doctoral thesis, which means I had two weeks to be spent before data collection started. The dateline for the competition was real soon and so, the two weeks of a holiday was a great relief. 

Couples of months later, I received a call from the organiser. They congratulated me for winning the first runner-up prize in the competition. That was a big surprise! - I never expected that, though I did put some hopes on winning the Ipad XD. 

As you might have noticed, my writing skills are still immature so I still have a great deal of work to be done on making it better. On the other side of the coin, winning this competition means a lot to me - It is a stepping stone for me to achieve more in the future.

The truth is, I'm not really good at making videos - but I am deeply in love with every priceless moments and memories of the day. So yeah, putting them into a nice video would be awesome =)

A B and C

A had been together with B ever since high school. They were loyal and love each other until one day, B went overseas to pursue his studies.

B met C. Well, A B and C were friends in high school. C admired B although she knew that B and A were together.

Some unexpected things happened. B left A for unsolid reasons and B decided to be together with C.

A left alone in hometown while B and C are happily together in overseas.

How could B and C build a relationship and let A lives in a teary life? A sacrificed her lifetimes with a guy whom eventually left her to be with another girl. Such a waste of time, energy and love! 

Moral: A real human is those whom know what loyalty is and understand what painful feeling really means. END STORY.
