Ocean #4

Location: Pangkor Island, Perak, Malaysia
Perak is situated up-north in Peninsular, and 3 hours driving from Kuala Lumpur (capital city of Malaysia). The state is famous for various tourist attractions including Pangkor Island which located at west-coast of Perak. The island is a perfect gateway for honeymoon, friends hang-out and family trips. I captured these pictures during my summer break in December 2009. The above picture is in the day while the bottom one is during sunset.

Plants #1

Location: Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

One of my favourite habits is observing the nature, especially the fresh-looking greenish plants. These pictures were taken from my house back in Malaysia. I always amazed with the natural beauty and enjoyed with the calmness.

Flowers #2

Location: Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

White-coloured flowers always be my favourite of all flowers. I like the combination of the pure white colour which contrasts to the fresh-greenish leaves. Hope you notice there's a droplet of water on the white petal. This picture was taken outside of my house back in Malaysia.

Architecture #3

Location: Treasury Casino, Brisbane Australia

If you are visiting Brisbane, you definitely must have a picture in front of this Treasury Casino. The casino has a unique building architecture and during night, colourful lights shine the building. This picture was taken December 2010.

Ocean #3

Location: Bruny Island, Tasmania, Australia

Watching sea lions is one of my greatest experience living in Australia. I booked a 3-hour cruise trip in Bruny Island and one of the fantastic attractions here is to watch wild sea lions. This picture was captured last winter break (July 2010)

Bird #1

Location: Bruny Island, Tasmania, Australia

An unexpected yet beautiful view is a flock of birds laying around the big stones. I can't recall what the species is. This picture was taken during my cruise trip in Bruny Island July 2010.

Lake #5

Location: Dove Lake, Tasmania, Australia

I captured this picture while I was in the middle of walking circuit surrounding Dove Lake. I like the idea to metaphore the branching wood with decision-making. Humans have to make a good decision and to some extent, we probably arrive to the point where we confuse and we are not sure which is the best decision to make. Either one may come to failure or vice versa. But that's what we call life anyway. We cannot get rid of decision-making, can we?

Lake #4

Location: Dove Lake, Tasmania, Australia

A breathtaking and magnificient scenery isn't it? This picture was captured during my last winter break (July 2010). Dove Lake is located near to Launceston. I'm pretty sure there's an interesting history of this lake though I can't recall it. I recommend people whom plan to visit Tasmania must spend their time to enjoy the beautiful panorama of Dove Lake.

Sea Cave #1

Location: Bruny Island, Tasmania, Australia

Bruny Island cruise activity is not just fascinating with watching wild sea lions and discovering the meeting point of Southern Ocean and Tasman Sea. Yet other fantastic attractions include the beautiful deep sea cave as the picture above. You will discover the history of the sea cave formation if you join the cruise trip!

Mushroom #1

Location: Launceston Cataract Gorge, Tasmania, Australia

Mushroom is my favourite object to test and play with iso and blurry effect of my camera. If you look at the architecture of mushroom ( I am referring to the gills) you will find that the gills have a unique appearance. I can spend almost half an hour just to capture mushroom images because to get a best picture, I definitely need to work out the best angle with the most suitable camera setting. Well, if I manage to capture the best picture, the time spent is worthwhile.

Lake #3

Location: Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown, New Zealand

So far, the best place that I've been is Queenstown, New Zealand. I like the lakes over there. Those lakes are beautiful and breath-taking. I visited Queenstown during winter which was in July 2009. Lake Wakatipu is very near to Queenstown city and you can enjoy the scenery along the highway which takes you to Wanaka, Milford Sound, Coronet Peak etc.

Lake #2

Location: Milford Sound, Queenstown, New Zealand

Escape from hussles and bussles and forget about your stress and workload. The  beautiful panorama of Milford Sound gives you 110% calmness and makes you want to stay there for some time. Enjoying the natural beauty without human touch is certainly the main activity that you will expect when you arrive here.

Ocean #2

Location: Byron Bay, Queensland, Australia

Byron Bay is one of the famous natural attractions in Queensland. Located there is Cape Byron light house which is the most eastern point of the Australian Mainland. People often spend their time here to enjoy beautiful sunset and sunrise views.

Lake #1

Location: Te Anau Lake, Queenstown, New Zealand

Te Anau Lake is another famous attractions in Queenstown. Te Anau is nearest stop before reaching Milford Sound. The scenary is beautiful and magnificient. I took this picture when the sun almost set.
